Job Description

The Thomson and Barbara Mpinganjira Foundation is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Position: ADMINISTRATION & FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT 

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • A Diploma in Business or other relevant field.
  • Minimum working experience of 5 years in an administrative role.

 

Skills:

  • Good Communication skills & Customer Care


Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Management
  • Coordination of travel & meeting requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures
  • Basic accounting principles
