Job Description

ALIMAHOMED HASSAM TRUST is a non-governmental organisation incorporated under the Trustees Incorporation Act in 2013 and has since expanded its efforts in Education, Health and Community Development hence serving thousands of Malawians every year.

In a quest to expand its operations, the trust is looking for the services of sober minded and hardworking individuals to fill the following vacant positions tenable in Mangochi:


Position: Hospital Administrator

Qualifications

  • Holders of Bachelor’s Degree in either Business Administration or Health Management coupled with a minimum of four years’ experience in a busy health facility.


Core Competencies & Attributes for Hospital Administrator

  • Demonstrate understanding of prevailing employment laws of Malawi
  • Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Ability to work effectively with people from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds
  • Possess a good command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office
