The Thomson and Barbara Mpinganjira Foundation is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:


Position: OPERATIONS OFFICER


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Economics.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a development/humanitarian sector role.


Skills:

  • Project Implementation & Coordination Responsibilities:
  • Align with, coordinate and implement project plans
  • Maintain clear & accurate documentation for operational procedures and activities
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for all operational functions
