Personal Assistant

MAEVE Project is recruiting a Personal Assitant under the Improved Cookstove component to support the team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership and implementation team. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, managing budgets and planning events, as necessary.

 


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments for the Business Development Officers
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with the administration team
  • Schedule travel and allowances for the implementing team
  • Handle all data collection and reporting for the implementing team
  • Manage all debtors and creditors for the component
  • Liaise with donor partners while representing the implementing team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Excellent time manager
  • Ability to travel
  • Knowledge of renewable energy is an added plus
