K130 000 – K150 000 per month plus Commission

 

 

 

Omni Africa is looking for a meticulous Sales Administrator to join our Malawi Branch, who will be responsible Sales activities and administration in order to achieve a measurable revenue growth. The Sales Administrator will serve as a point of contact for customers with inquiries about products, orders and deliveries.

 

This position suits a sale orientated person who will learn to understand our products and services, our market position, competitors, and thrives on change management in a challenging and dynamic market environment. Position will require extensive interaction with customers, management, Finance and technical teams therefore it demands high energy levels and ability to work under pressure.

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Build and maintain good customer and supplier relations.

Provide customers with quotations, product information and process information.

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Accurate document control, record keeping and coordination with the Finance Department.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Updating Sales Report Daily, and monthly

General office administration.

 

 

Experience & Qualification

Proven work experience as Sales Consultant & administrator role

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Sales Administration

Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus

Diploma in Sales/Sales Administration would be advantageous

Experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Meticulous attention to the detail demanded in our technical environment

Independent and self-motivated

Exceptional communication and people skills

Strong team and business partnership abilities

Ability to prioritize and manage business requirement

Ability to meet targets.

Ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Good telephone manner (interaction with clients, setting up appointments and getting info to close sales process)
