Sales and Business Development Manager

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports, and making recommendations to management.

Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration

Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success

Requirements:

Male, 50 years old and below

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably from these industries: Cosmetic Industry (Light Liquid Paraffin, Ethanol, White Oil), Flexible Packaging Industry(Solvents & Other Chemicals), Ink Manufacturing Companies(Solvents & Other Chemicals), Paint & Coating Industry(Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Xylene, Glycol etc & other solvents)

Resourceful and career oriented professional with experience of more than 8 year in Sales and Marketing function, both B2B and B2C

Comprehensive strengths in Market Analysis, People Management and Sales Strategy Development Functional knowledge of developing new and potential accounts, managing sales and increasing sales growth

Highly skilled in creating and implementing targeted sales goals

Demonstrated ability to build new territories and expand opportunities within an existing client database

Customer focused communicator with proven ability to understand and convey the complex product information and deliver high impact sales presentations

Candidate must be located in Malawi

Must be flexible in working remotely
