About the role
Christian Aid is tendering for a high profile anti corruption UKaid funded 3.5 year contract in Malawi, MACOF. Total contract value is £3.9m (potential of £4.4m) which includes a £1.4m grant fund. This is an exciting opportunity to head up an innovative and transformational Malawi led programme.
The Team Leader is responsible for providing strategic leadership and delivery of results for the programme. You will be the programme representative both externally and internally. You will ensure programme resources are allocated effectively and in a manner that makes maximum contribution to programme objectives and is compliant with the donor’s and Christian Aid’s requirements. You will lead a team of up to 8 people with technical input, and will ensure effective management and delivery of the programme and appropriate support for partners.
The contract will be a 3.5 year contract and will initially be awarded subject to successfully winning the work.
